ID Drop-In

We can provide support in acquiring, renewing or replacing your MSI cards, birth certificate, name change or changing your gender markers.

Hours: 1st, 2nd & 4th Wednesdays 10:00am to 2:00pm

Support to acquire other forms of ID will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We cannot provide photo ID. A photo ID clinic is held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Main Library on Spring Garden Road.

Identification is a requirement for many services and we recognize the difficulties in acquiring or replacing ID cards.
