Identification is a requirement for many services and we recognize the difficulties in acquiring or replacing ID cards. We can provide support in acquiring, renewing or replacing your MSI cards, birth certificatate, name change or changing your gender markers. We cannot provide photo ID. Support to acquire other forms of ID will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

Open: Wednesdays 10:00am to 2:00pm. The ID Drop In is held at our location except for the 3rd Wednesday of the month.

A photo ID clinic is held on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at the Main Library on Spring Garden Road.

ID SAFE

Protect your ID. Your ID can be held with us so it doesn't get lost or stolen. Applicants must register with our Outreach office to sign in and sign out their items.
