Volunteer
The work of Brunswick Street Mission is primarily given by over 100 volunteers each year! If you love working with people, many of our volunteers work in direct contact with program participants. We also often have opportunities for behind-the-scene volunteers, such as bookkeeping, fundraising events and special projects.
Please check our "Volunteers needed" page to see if there is an opening that will fit you.
Clothing and Household Donations
We accept all clothing and outerwear for all ages. We also help people set up house, so bedding towels and basic kitchenware is always in demand. Click here for a list of most needed items
Please note
1. We do not recycler or re-sale items – please insure donated items are clean and in good repair, and can be of real use to people in need.
2. We do not have the space to handle non-essential items like electronics, kitchen appliances, and decorative items. These are often sent to the dump at great cost!
